Each massage therapy session is custom tailored to the clients specific needs. I provide a safe, soothing atmosphere in which we can work together to help you acheive your goals. Whether those goals are pain management, improving muscle health, increasing range of motion, improving sleep or simply relaxtion, I will strive to help you on your journey to feeling better. As I tell every client, if something is not working for you during the massage session, speak up, this is for you and I can adjust during the session However, after the session is over, it's out of my hands so to speak. Communication is key, so if you want more or less pressure just let me know.
What To Expect
When you arrive for your massage session, I will have you fill out health history and consent forms, unless I've sent you these to you by email. We will sit down and talk about what is going on with you and what your expectations are. I may do a postural assessment at this point depending what we are trying to acheive with your session. We will decide on a treatment plan at that time and discuss draping for your modesty. I will instruct you as to how I'd like you to start out on the table, then leave you to disrobe to your comfort level. At any time during the session if you are uncomfortable, speak up, I will not work on an area that you are uncomfortable with. For you to get the most out a massage therapy session you need to be able to relax and you can only do that when you are comfortable. Gluteal (buttocks) work can either be through the sheet or partially undraped, but only with client consent. Breasts and genitals will remain covered at all times throughout the massage session.

- Hot Stone Massage (24 hr notice)
- Chair Massage
- Hydrotherapy
- Sciatic Release Stretching
- Integrative Reflexology
- Couples Massage (need several days notice)
Add Ons May include:
- Salt Scrubs
- Parafin Wax (24hr notice)
- Essential Oils

As I am an appointment based massage therapist, I will not be onsite unless I have appointments scheduled.
Cancelation and Payment Policy
I require 24 hour notice for any cancalations or you may be charged in full. If you are late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time, unless time permits and the session will be charged in full.
I accept cash and credit/debit cards. No personal checks.
